Business Insights
Volume, GCI and production for the whole brokerage, by side, source and agent.
EVE's morning briefing
Who is waiting on you, what needs review, and the time EVE saved this week.
People
Your whole book, with EVE flagging the contacts who have gone quiet.
Three things, and one of them is new.
Every other capability on this site hangs off one of these three. Learn them and you have the product.
One container for the whole transaction.
One property, one buyer or seller. The client, the stages, the documents, the signatures, the tasks, the key dates, and the compliance that has to hold, all in the place the work already happens.
- Documents requested, read, and checked against what the stage requires
- Deadlines and stage gates tracked, so nothing runs on memory
- Signing, forms and broker review built in — and your existing forms library still read, not replaced
- Closed and sealed into a write-once, hash-chained record that outlives the working file
Where every other party joins you.
Every transaction opens a Room: your client, the agent on the other side, the lender, and title or escrow, over one set of facts instead of five email threads.
- Guests join by link. No account, no password to reset, no app to install
- Free to every outside party, forever. The room is never the thing we charge for
- Meet face to face in the room, with the transaction's own documents open beside the call
The intelligence running both.
Not a chat box in the corner. EVE reads the same record the rest of the platform writes, so she answers leads, moves files, and tells you each morning what actually needs you.
- Answers, qualifies, and books leads by text, email, and phone
- Does what you say, typed or spoken: the note, the text, the reminder, the transaction
- Nothing sensitive sends itself. Anything that needs judgement comes to you first, and every action is recorded
The same record, four ways in.
One platform underneath, shaped to the seat you sit in.
What it replaces, one job at a time.
Each of these is a job an agent pays a separate subscription for today. Open one to see how Raven does it.
Everything you use today. Replaced.
Same transactions, same workflow: one platform, with EVE running it, instead of a dozen subscriptions that don't talk to each other.
Other products are named for identification and comparison, and are trademarks of their respective owners. Descriptions reflect Raven’s capabilities and widely understood category facts as of September 2026; each product is developed by its own vendor and may have changed since, so check with them for what their plan includes today.
Connected where it counts.
Raven replaces a stack rather than sitting on top of one, so this list is short on purpose, and each card shows the status of every connection it names, in the same words used everywhere on this site.
Connected to what you already run.
Gmail and Outlook, Slack and Teams, QuickBooks and Xero, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp, CallRail, Calendly and more. Each one is a guided setup inside Raven: pick the events you want, connect, done, rather than a developer project.

Start with Raven today.
Sign up in any state and start your free trial today. The MLS features turn on market by market, starting with Arizona and California, and your MLS turns on in your account the day it connects. Only need the CRM? Raven CRM works in every state too.
Open in every state
Sign up today wherever you work. Transactions, compliance, e-signature, the CRM, Rooms and EVE work from day one.
MLS boards connect by demand
Listing search, CMAs and listing alerts turn on as each MLS connects, starting with Arizona and California. Name your MLS when you sign up and it moves up the list.
The early brokerages set the defaults
Compliance packs, document requirements, and stage gates are configured per brokerage and per state. The first ones in are the ones those defaults get built around.
One subscription for the whole business.
No contracts, no transaction fees, no revenue share. EVE Sales Agent and Raven Ink are included in every full plan rather than sold as add-ons.
The things people ask first.
What is Raven?
Raven is an AI-native real estate platform for agents, teams and brokerages: CRM, transaction management, compliance, e-signature, communications, marketing, MLS data and commissions in one platform, with EVE, its built-in AI, working across every client and transaction. EVE answers leads in seconds, keeps every file moving to a clean close, and tells you each morning what needs you. Instead of stitching four or five subscriptions together and still doing the work yourself, agents, teams, and brokerages run the whole business in one place.
How much does Raven cost?
Six products. Raven X is $49 per month: EVE as a browser extension for Chrome and Edge, working on top of the CRM and tools you already use. Raven CRM is $99 per month: a full real estate CRM with EVE and the extension included, in every US state. EVE Sales Agent comes with Raven Agent and is a monthly add-on for Raven CRM; it is not sold on its own. Raven Mobile is free with every Raven plan. Raven Ink is $15 per user per month: standalone e-signature with unlimited envelopes. Raven Agent is $249 per seat per month, solo or team, and includes the full system: transactions, compliance, communication, EVE, pipeline, and reporting. Raven Broker is a $499 per month platform fee plus seats: $99 per seat for 1 to 24 seats, $79 for 25 to 99, and $59 at 100 or more, everything included.
What exactly is a Transaction?
A transaction is the container for one property with one buyer or seller relationship. Inside it live the client, the documents, the signatures, the people (agent, client, TC, vendors), the milestones and key dates, the messages, and the compliance file. Nothing leaks between transactions.
How does compliance work in Raven?
It adapts to who holds compliance authority for you. A solo independent agent gets useful checklists with no enforced review. An agent whose brokerage runs compliance elsewhere gets an advisory checklist. A brokerage that manages compliance natively in Raven gets the full engine: required documents, broker review, stage gates, and automations.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is permanent, tamper-proof storage for completed transactions. When a transaction is done, you vault it: the documents, signatures, compliance state, and full history are sealed exactly as they were, for as long as your retention policy requires. Think of it as the locked filing cabinet for closed transactions.
Can I import my contacts from my current CRM?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and import it in Settings, with ready-made presets for Follow Up Boss, Brivity, BoldTrail (kvCORE), and Lofty (Chime), plus a generic mapper for anything else. The flow is upload, map fields, review a dry run, then import, so you see exactly what will happen before anything is written. Columns your old CRM kept as custom fields can go into custom fields in Raven, existing ones or new ones you create during the import, instead of piling into notes.
